All South Coast Logistics personnel are employed directly by the company. We have organized our company to provide moving service to our Office and Industrial customers without the use of labor subcontractors. Unlike many of our competitors, we believe that the road to better service is with a direct employed labor pool. This type of direct labor pool requires more time on our part but gives us full control of our employee quality.

As a tribute to our personnel, we have suffered only two work related injuries in the past year. Our local claims are at a low .02%.
